If you do not see your registration confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Your confirmation also contains your individual link to download your promotional gift card.
Registration changes can be done on-line via your participant dashboard which you created when you registered. This includes changing your: t-shirt size, starting corral, contact information, etc. You can also “add-on” such as purchasing your shuttle bus ticket and iTab sticker if you didn’t do this when you initially registered.
Race Kit Pick up
Tuesday May 6th to Friday May 9th, 10:00AM-8:30PM; and Saturday, May 10th, 9:30AM to 5:30PM, at the Sporting Life Store at 2665 Yonge St (East side of Yonge St. just south of Blythwood).
Come early to pick up your race kit! Please go to the big tent in the Sporting Life parking lot to pick up your bib and then proceed into the Sporting Life store to pick up your NIKE Dri Fit t-shirt. Please note that t-shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed, so please arrive early.
If your phone number begins with 416/647, you MUST pick up your race kit prior to race day.
Sorry, there is no late/in-person registration at race kit pick up. Additionally, there will be NO shuttle tickets are available for purchase at race kit pick up.
What you need to get your kit:
IMPORTANT! You will need your bib # - which will be emailed to you on Monday May 5th and bring a piece of photo ID to race kit pick up or printout of your registration email confirmation. Or click here (link will be active beginning Monday May 5) to get your bib #.
Picking up for a Friend or Having a Friend pick up your kit for you:
This isn’t a problem at all. If you are picking up a kit for a friend/friends, you must have an e-mail confirming you can pick up their kit or their email registration confirmation and their bib #.
Out of Towners Race Day Kit Pick Up:
Race day kit pick up is limited to those living outside 416/647 area code. Be sure to know your bib # on race morning as it will be very busy. Race Day Kit Pick up will be in the Sporting Life parking lot, 2665 Yonge St., from 6:30am until 7:30am.
Transfers between friends:
Transfer requests will only be accepted from Wed. April 1, 2014 until Wed. April 30, 2014
How It Works:
You can transfer your entry through the Events Online system via your Participant Dashboard. This option will only be available between April 1st and April 30th. 2014.
Log on to the Participant Dashboard
Choose ‘Transfer My Race"
Then Choose: Generate a Link and a Code
The link will look something like this: https://secure.eventsonline.ca:443/events/sporting_life10k/transfer.php
A Transfer Code will be provided that looks like: TC5280f7cfbc5a0
The person they are transferring their bib to will now have to register using that link and by using the Transfer Code. There is a $20 fee for the transfer which your friend will have to pay.
Refund and Deferral Policy
It is our policy that no refund of entry fees or deferrals to 2015 will be issued.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to pick up their race kit at Sporting Life on race week. Race kits will not be mailed prior to or after the event. After the event has taken place, t-shirts will not be available.
